Laurie Berke-Weiss has over 35 years’ experience practicing employment law, representing businesses, non-profits, executives and professionals. She advises clients on issues including sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, FMLA and pregnancy rights, as well as employment and severance agreements. She represents employees and employers providing her with a unique perspective, whether counseling clients, representing them in mediation or litigation, or conducting investigations.
Ms. Berke-Weiss is the founder and principal attorney of her boutique law firm, Berke-Weiss Law PLLC. She has presented at, moderated, and facilitated dozens of conferences, panels, and seminars, covering topics as diverse as employment discrimination and the immigration crisis’s impact on women and children.
